Building on the established DMS500, the MkII offers improved sensitivity (a factor of 3), expanded dilution range and Ethernet communications for convenience. Dual Sampling Accessories

Cambustion are pleased to announce the Dual Sampling Accessory option for the DMS500 and DMS50 Fast Particle Spectrometers. This new accessory allows external switching of the DMS sample point, for example between upstream and downstream of the DPF. This enables monitoring of DPF efficiency (using the DMS's real time particle mass, number and size outputs) including on-board a vehicle with the DMS50. Cambustion are pleased to announce the launch of the DPG, Diesel Particulate Generator, at the ETH Nanoparticle Conference, Zurich 21st August 2006.
The DPG produces stable, repeatable Diesel particulate emissions for DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) testing and development. Compared with engine or vehicle based testing, the DPG allows substantially reduced cost and infrastructure requirements while offering improved reproducibility.

International Aerosol Congress

Dr Tim Hands and Jerry Hall have launched Cambustion's fast emissions analysers in China with two tours this year. Cambustion presented a Transient Emissions seminar at Tongji University and exhibited at the 2nd International Symposium on 'Clean and High Efficiency Combustion in Engines' in Tianjin in July (www.isce.cn). We will also exhibit at the Testing EXPO show to be held for the first time in China early in September (www.testing-expo.com).
